NEWBERY METALS welcomes a new LEFORT Konkeror 800
The picture shows the proud team at Newbery Metals, with their new arrival. The Lefort Konkeror
800T shear baler replaces their old Medium 850T and is part of their recent upgrade of plant machinery. This is another new machine for the large group of Newbery Metals, who have had many Lefort shears over the years, 18 and counting.
They continue to grow their market share in the West Country, hence their investment in the Lefort
machines to maximise the output from each of their scrap processing facilities.
This machine, with its large 7 metre box and very high lid forces, enables excellent production tonnage
and a quality dense scrap to be produced for onward shipment, easily making the full weight on the
transport.
Well done to Newbery Metals on their purchase and with upping their production going forward.
