ASM AUTO RECYCLING upgrade to the latest LEFORT KAR 6000 Baler

Congratulations to ASM Auto Recycling on their purchase of their first Lefort KAR 6000 baler. This is the first of the very popular Lefort KAR 6000 balers to be fitted with a single baling ram and hydraulic ejection door. The door allows the cars to be ejected at the end of the cycle, giving a faster cycle time but also removing small debris which falls off the cars during the baling process. Lefort have made manycar balers in the past with this feature but this is the first with the new improved folding box, with wider opening and increased lid force, designed for the processing of larger vehicles.

The baler has been installed at the ASM Auto Recycling site in Thame, Oxfordshire and is more than capable of baling over 30T of vehicles per hour. Fitted with the optional 132kW electric motor the Lefort KAR 6000 gives a smoother, faster and greener operation than its predecessors.
